We ship all orders via USPS or UPS and will email tracking information once your order is on the way.

Because our frosted cookies are fragile, we package them with care but cannot guarantee against breakage during transit. Don’t worry — they’re still just as tasty! For a quick fix, you can use Greek yogurt or peanut butter as “glue” to piece them back together, then pop them in the freezer to set.

Our treats are made with all-natural ingredients and contain no preservatives. Each batch goes through a gentle dehydration process to naturally extend shelf life. Treats stay fresh for up to 12 months from the bake date when stored properly. For best results, keep them in their original resealable bag or an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
